They do what they’re supposed to do. I noticed our coffee was tasting different, even after cleaning the machine. Then I realized our filter had been in there since we bought the machine. Ordered a pair of new filters from Amazon and voila… better tasting coffee. They cost more than you’d expect for a tea bag full of… whatever is in there, but it works, and for the price of a latte at Starbucks, not to mention the time to get there and wait in line, it’s more than worth it to have good coffee at home… BEFORE the kids wake up!
